  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Mix with your hands or a spatula until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the patties tough.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat, round patty about 3/4-inch thick.
