  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 pieces toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the thickest part of each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
