  • 0.5 cups, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cups, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional for garnish) fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each cube steak in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the cube steaks on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
