  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
