  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves (minced) Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces Ciabatta rolls
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 large (sliced) Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Arugula

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Rub the marinade evenly onto both sides of the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
