Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 ounces Button or cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
