  • 6 pieces Hoagie rolls or French bread
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef chuck roast on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the seared beef to a slow cooker. Add the beef broth, dry Italian seasoning, minced garlic, banana pepper rings, salt, and black pepper.
