Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable stock, warmed
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Set your pressure cooker to sauté mode and add the butter and olive oil. Allow the butter to melt.
