  • 2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 4 pieces Additional lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the red snapper fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place fillets in a shallow dish.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, scallions, thyme, paprika, allspice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
