  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 120 grams Dark chocolate (melted)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 180 milliliters Whole milk
  • 80 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 50 grams White chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Step 2

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
