Directions

Step 1

Peel and chop the Yukon gold potatoes into evenly sized chunks to ensure uniform cooking.

Place the potato chunks in a large pot and cover them with cold, salted water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
