Ingredients

  • 3 medium Russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Chives
  • 5 tablespoons All-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons Butter

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a box grater or a food processor with the shredding blade.

Using a clean kitchen towel, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the grated potatoes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

Finely chop the chives and add them to the potatoes.
