  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

If using pork chops, pat them dry with a paper towel. For a pork roast, pat the entire piece dry.

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the pork with olive oil, then generously coat it with the seasoning mixture on all sides.
