  • 4 small Radishes

  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and set them aside.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber if desired, and slice it into thin rounds or half-moons.

Step 4

Remove the seeds and core from the red bell pepper, and slice it into thin strips.

Step 5
