  • 500 grams Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 250 grams Button mushrooms

  • 200 ml Tomato purée
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste) Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 100 ml Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
