  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 lime lime, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
