Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the cups.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat bran, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.
