  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

  • 1 cup Celery, medium-diced
  • 1 cup Golden raisins
  • 0.5 cup Salted cashews, roughly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Rub them with olive oil and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
