Ingredients

  • 4 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, chopped pecans, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut. Mix well.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, honey, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.

Step 5

Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.

Step 7

Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. It will harden as it cools.

Step 8

Once cooled, mix in the dried cranberries and raisins.

Step 9

Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as a snack on its own!
