  • 0.5 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 pieces Bread of choice (croissants, ciabatta, or sandwich bread)
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, and season both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove and let cool completely.
