Ingredients

  • 200 grams imitation crabmeat
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the celery into small pieces.

Step 2

Dice the dill pickles into small chunks.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the imitation crabmeat (shredded or chopped as preferred), mayonnaise, chopped celery, diced pickles, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
