  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
