  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Smoked bacon
  • 250 ml BBQ sauce
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, without cleaning, lay the slices of bacon and cook until they are slightly crispy, about 3 minutes.
