Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices Baguette slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F) and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat evenly.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and chopped fresh basil leaves. Stir well and set aside.
