Directions

Step 1

Place the drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic clove, olive oil, water, ground cumin, and salt into the Thermomix bowl.

Step 2

Secure the lid and blend at speed 5 for 30 seconds.

Step 3

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and blend again at speed 7 for 1 minute, or until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
