  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and lightly flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
