  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully, creating a hollow cavity for stuffing.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
