  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

Directions

Step 1

For Sesame Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons tahini, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Stir in 1 minced garlic clove. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Step 2

For Spicy Chili Sauce: In another bowl, mix 2 tablespoons chili oil, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion. Stir until well combined and sugar is dissolved.
