  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Bread (such as sourdough or whole wheat)
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (softened)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined and set aside.

Lay out the 4 bread slices on a clean work surface. Spread an even layer of the tuna mixture onto 2 of the slices.
