Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned, drained)
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.

Return the skillet to the stove and add the taco seasoning and water. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
