Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves and set all the prepared vegetables aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the hot Italian sausage links to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. They do not need to be fully cooked at this stage. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set them aside.
