  • 0.33 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0 olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and lightly coat it with olive oil cooking spray.

Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
