Ingredients

  • 12 ounces ham (thinly sliced)
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 4 ciabatta rolls (or hoagie rolls)
  • 1 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and hot sauce (if using) until smooth. Set aside.

Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on the inside of each half.
