Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump crab meat
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cup Green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce
  • 0.25 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, parsley, garlic, Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
