  • 300 milliliters Boiling water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a medium-sized, deep baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the granulated sugar.
