  • 3 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.25 cups Unsalted butter
  • 0.33 cups Hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
  • 1 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. If the wings are whole, use a sharp knife to separate them into drumettes, flats, and discard the wing tips.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
