  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 0 tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Drain and rinse the white beans, then transfer them to a food processor or blender.
