  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for greasing the baking tray)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then season them with salt and black pepper. Place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
