  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease and return the beef to the skillet.

Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have softened.
