Ingredients

  • 2 oz Coconut rum
  • 2 oz Orange juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 1 cup Crushed ice
  • 1 piece Pineapple wedge
  • 1 piece Maraschino cherry

Directions

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.

Step 2

Add the pineapple juice, coconut rum, and orange juice to the shaker.

Step 3

Shake well for about 10 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

Fill a tall glass with the remaining crushed ice.
