Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Mix until the brown sugar dissolves and the marinade is well combined.
