  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish or roasting pan lightly with olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine the honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
