  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 0.75 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups honey
  • 3 pieces large eggs
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 cups pine nuts
  • 0.25 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or springform pan.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and honey together using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
