  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups cooked white rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, orange zest, and cornstarch mixed with water. Set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
