Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (4 oz each) boneless center-cut pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons (chopped) fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the pork chops to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Step 5

Reduce the heat to low and pour the honey mustard mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are evenly coated.

Step 6

Simmer for 2–3 minutes, turning the pork chops once, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 7

Remove the skillet from heat and allow the pork chops to rest for 2 minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm with your favorite sides.
