  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 pieces brioche buns
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 large, sliced tomato
  • 0.5 piece, thinly sliced red onion

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.

Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours for best results.
