Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 0.5 cups Honey
  • 0.25 cups Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Step 2

Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, reserving the other half for basting later. Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Step 3

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 4

Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the used marinade that came into contact with the raw chicken.

Step 5

Place the chicken thighs on the preheated grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade to build up a flavorful glaze.

Step 6

Continue cooking and basting until the chicken is fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Be careful not to overcook to prevent dryness.

Step 7

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to retain its juices.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy with your favorite side dishes like grilled vegetables or a crisp salad.
