Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly grease the rack with cooking spray.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and vegetable oil until well coated.
