Ingredients

  • 250 grams white chocolate
  • 120 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 60 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs

  • 200 grams all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a heatproof bowl, melt 250 grams of white chocolate and 120 grams of unsalted butter together over a pan of simmering water (double boiler method). Stir occasionally until smooth and fully combined. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
