  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to fit the chicken breasts in a single layer.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
